Crypto settlement needs a little more care than copying an address.
The current gateway collects a Binance UID and a BEP20 wallet address. Make sure the details belong to you and that the intended destination supports the correct asset and network.
A wallet or exchange brand shown here is a familiar ecosystem reference. It does not mean Grovalo has a direct integration with that company, nor that every account or address is eligible.
A token name alone is not enough: the receiving network matters. Do not assume that an address used on one network can safely receive the same token on another network.
Read the receiving platform’s current deposit instructions. If something is unclear, pause and ask support before requesting the payout. Crypto transfers may be irreversible after they are sent.
A request is reviewed by operations, and the transfer happens outside the website. When it is marked completed, keep the transaction hash or exchange payment reference for your records.
The website’s treasury book is a reconciliation record. It is not a live blockchain balance or a promise that a transfer has already been made while its status is still requested.
Three checks before you send a request. This checklist stays on this page.

Financial workflows need more than a polished interface. Sensitive actions belong behind authorization, records need a clear trail, and payment confirmations must be verified.

Payment status is verified with the provider before a confirmed payment adds to a balance.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by an admin and marked complete after the transfer is sent.
The admin console helps keep
the important handoffs in view.
Operations sees the user, amount, payout destination and request status together. The account’s available balance has already reserved that amount, helping prevent the same earnings from being requested twice.
Verified external funding is recorded with a unique transfer reference. Completing a payout reduces the reconciled treasury book in the same payout decision as the request’s completion.
A user’s message reaches the admin inbox. The admin’s reply returns to the same conversation, helping the user follow a question without sharing private details in an unrelated public channel.
Financial decisions, treasury funding and editorial changes produce an audit entry. The record helps operations understand what happened and which reference connects the decision to the request.

A little structure can make
the payment conversation easier.
Agree on the scope, currency, invoice amount and milestone with your client before sending a payment link. A clear description gives both sides a useful reference when reviewing the payment later.
Confirm that the client understands who they are paying and why. A payment link should support an agreed transaction, rather than replace the underlying business agreement.
Use a dedicated client name and a recognizable job description. Include a short message in the conversation where you share the link, so your client can compare the amount with your agreement.
Ask the client to keep the payment reference. If a checkout remains pending, review the status or contact support before asking for another payment.
The invoice amount is the gross payment. The platform fee is a separate deduction. The net amount is what contributes to your usable balance after confirmation and before other applicable holds or withdrawals.
Use transaction history and the CSV export for your own reconciliation. Your tax, reporting and record-keeping obligations depend on your circumstances and jurisdiction.
Check confirmed earnings, pending payout reservations and any dispute hold. Compare that information with the amount you plan to request. A submitted withdrawal and a completed transfer are different events.
Verify your destination details each time, even when you have used them before. Keep the request reference, then check the recorded transfer reference after completion.
The total invoice amount paid by the client before the platform fee or any other applicable adjustment.
The amount after the platform fee. In the supplied premium model, an eligible confirmed $100 payment produces $88.70 net before other adjustments.
The amount that can currently be requested, after confirmed earnings, existing withdrawals and applicable dispute holds are taken into account.
A payment that has not yet met the provider-confirmation requirements for credit. A checkout redirect alone is not proof that money was received.
An amount held aside from available balance while a request is under review. A declined request releases this reservation.
A transaction hash or exchange payment reference recorded by operations after making an external transfer.
A token standard associated with BNB Smart Chain. The receiving platform must support the intended token on the correct network.
A challenged payment that needs review. It can affect usable balance and may involve the separate $30 handling fee in this model.

Create a payment link for a client, track provider-confirmed card payments and request crypto withdrawals. Grovalo is an independently operated payment workflow; brand names shown on this site do not imply a bank partnership.
The current model uses an 11.30% platform fee. A confirmed $100 payment produces an $11.30 fee and $88.70 net balance before any applicable refund or dispute adjustment.
No. You submit a withdrawal request, the amount is reserved from your available balance, and an admin reviews your details. Completion is recorded after the admin sends the transfer.
The current source collects a Binance UID and a BEP20 wallet address. Check the correct destination and network carefully before submitting. The minimum request is $10 USD equivalent.
No. Card details are entered on the provider’s hosted checkout. Grovalo uses payment references and limited payment information; it does not request full card numbers or CVV.
Acceptance depends on the processor, card issuer, country and verification requirements. A familiar financial brand on the site does not guarantee that its cards will be accepted.
A declined request is marked failed and no longer reserves your available balance. You can review the reason in your account and contact support before requesting again.
Use the Support conversation in your user dashboard. Your message appears in the admin inbox and replies return to the same conversation.
