Grovalo connects payment links, provider-hosted card checkout and a manually reviewed crypto withdrawal workflow. Payment acceptance depends on the configured processor, issuer and account eligibility.

Fees before you continue

The current platform fee is 11.30% of a confirmed payment. A $1,000 payment leaves $887 before applicable adjustments. The minimum order is $5, subject to higher provider requirements. The withdrawal minimum is $10 USD equivalent. This model adds no separate withdrawal fee.

Confirmation and available balance

A pending payment does not create spendable balance. Provider verification is required before confirmed net funds appear. A withdrawal request reserves the requested amount; a declined request releases that reservation.

Reviewed settlement

Operations checks the withdrawal details and reconciled funds, sends the transfer externally, then records the payment reference. Requested or under review does not mean sent. Completion is recorded after the external transfer. Settlement timing is not guaranteed.

Authorized use

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful transactions, impersonate others, share credentials or attempt to evade verification. Never send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or wallet recovery phrases through support.
