GROVALO / YOUR INFORMATION

A clearer view of your data.

The gateway stores information needed for your account, payment records, withdrawal review and support. Card entry takes place on the configured provider’s hosted checkout.

What the application stores

Account contact details, hashed passwords, session records, payment references, transaction history, withdrawal destination details, support conversations and permitted support images are stored by the application. Session records may include IP addresses and browser information.

How records are used

Records support authentication, payment tracking, reconciliation, payout review and responding to account questions. Authorized operations staff can access the records necessary to perform those tasks. Support files are restricted to their owner and authenticated administrators.

Card and wallet information

The provider handles full card entry. Grovalo support does not need your card number, CVV, online banking password or recovery phrase. A receiving wallet address or exchange UID is used to review the requested settlement destination.

Questions and corrections

Contact operations through your signed-in support conversation to request correction or deletion. Financial records may need to be retained for applicable obligations; deletion is not automatic. The operator must specify the applicable retention schedule and privacy contact.

Service information for the current implementation. The operator must finalize the legal entity, contact details, governing law, retention schedule and provider disclosures before public financial operation.
