Crypto withdrawals are manually reviewed. A submitted request reserves balance; it does not send a blockchain transaction automatically.

Verify the receiving details

The current withdrawal form asks for a Binance UID and a 0x BEP20 wallet address. Verify ownership, asset, receiving network and the destination platform’s current deposit instructions. Address format validation cannot prove ownership or network compatibility.

Understand the status

Requested means balance is reserved. Under review means operations is checking the request. Completed means an external transfer reference has been recorded after sending and treasury reconciliation. A declined request releases its reserved funds.

Keep the transfer reference

Keep the transaction hash or exchange payment reference after completion. If a transfer is unclear, contact support with the reference and amount. Never send a recovery phrase. Crypto transfers may be irreversible after sending.
